Job Description
4B Construction Corporation is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Human Resource Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have:
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- BSc/BA in human resources or related field; MSc/MA is a plus
