Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Supervisor specializing in Compensation and Benefits to join our team. As the Human Resource Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research and analysis to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive within the industry. Additionally, you will collaborate with department leaders to develop and administer performance-based rewards systems and company-wide recognition programs.
