Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Supervisor to join our team. As a Human Resource Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to interviewing candidates and making hiring decisions.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and promote a positive work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR issues, including performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and HR-related policies.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge within the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance records.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR management, and recommend improvements to enhance HR operations.
