Job Description
1. Identify Training and Development Needs of all the Departments within the company
2. Work with Department Heads to develop training programs
3. Organize training materials and oversee training programs
4. Track and assess the progress of trainees and provide reports to the management
5. Answer employee questions and inquiries related to training and development programs
6. Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall organization and employee development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience as an HR Training and Development Officer or similar role
- Strong research, organizational, and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
