Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized on-site Human Resources Administrator to manage daily HR activities and foster positive employee relations.
- Provide recruitment support and coordinate onboarding; maintain accurate personnel records.
- Assist with payroll processes and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Work closely with managers and staff, demonstrating discretion, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, 1–3 years of HR experience, excellent communication, and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.
