Responsibilities:
- Orienting employees
- Handling employee records
- Implementing HR policies and procedures
- Updating HR databases
- Posting job vacancies & interviewing applicants
- Preparing and monitoring NTE/ IR
- Checking DTR every cutoff
- Addressing employee queries
Requirements:
- With or without experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- 1 year of human resources experience (Required)
- Knowledgeable in DOLE compliance
- Ability to commute/relocate to Quezon City (Preferred)
Expected Start Date: 10/01/2024
