Job Description
1. Develops, reviews, and evaluates policies, procedures, methods, and programs.
2. Ensures practical and positive training and development programs are carried out to maximize efficiency and improve employee morale.
3. Plans, directs, and regulates all activities related to the human resource function.
4. Develops, designs, and implements training programs for the system.
5. Prepares, submits, monitors, and controls the expense budget.
6. Participates in management deliberations to formulate company policies.
7. Conducts interviews for job applicants.
8. Provides employee counseling when needed.
9. Conducts feasibility studies and recommends organizational changes.
10. Conducts lectures and seminars according to organizational needs.
11. Investigates and resolves cases as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
