Job Description
Responsibilities include assisting with branch operation concerns:
- On-field HR assistant overseeing all branches
- Manpower sourcing in branches (posting, gathering applicants, screening)
- Checking branch personnel attendance
- Assisting HR events and programs
- Conducting employee orientation and updating records
- Monitoring leave and absences, ensuring policy implementation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php450.00 per day

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
