Job Description
Macroasia SATS Food Industries is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant. You will manage government-mandated benefits, maintain employee loan records, and process benefits for sickness and maternity. Assist with recruitment, training, timekeeping, and resolving employee queries.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field, with at least 6 months of HR experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential.
Salary: Php 17,00.00 – Php 18,00.00, plus benefits.
