Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Administer benefits, maintain HR records, and handle employee inquiries.
- Support performance management and employee relations activities.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- 1 year of HR experience.
- Strong HR knowledge, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
