Job Description
A Human Resources Business Partner plays a critical role in aligning HR strategies with the overall business goals of an organization. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with senior management and department leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, promote organizational effectiveness, and enhance the overall employee experience.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with business leaders in workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
- Providing guidance and support in employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Leading and overseeing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Driving performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Identifying training and development needs and coordinating the delivery of relevant initiatives.
- Implementing HR policies and practices in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
