Job Description
Sygma Human Resource Management Services is looking for a highly organized and dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to become a part of our team in Dasmarinas, Cavite. In this pivotal role, you will oversee HR-related issues for deployed employees, monitor their performance, and manage disciplinary actions and incident reports. Additionally, you will provide support for sourcing and recruitment activities as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a related field (4-year course)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Required documents: SS, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth, TIN, NBI clearance
- Must be willing to work in-person
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php 15,00.00 per month
