Job Description
Purpose and Scope:
We are seeking a competent HR Officer to manage procedures, create policies, recruit, support, and grow personnel, and improve the workplace environment at our organization.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Encourage HR systems and initiatives
- Offer guidance on policies and processes
- Actively participate in hiring processes
- Create and implement onboarding plans
- Develop training programs
- Support performance management procedures
- Manage grievance and disciplinary matters
- Maintain personnel records in compliance with legal standards
- Ensure employment conditions comply with the law
- Other administrative tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management or related field
- Leadership potential and good communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools; HRMS familiarity is advantageous
- Experience is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php15,00.00 per month
