Job Description
JOB PURPOSE: The Human Resources Head oversees the over-all function of the department such as recruitment, employee records, benefits, training, performance management, organizational development, employee relations, and administrative tasks.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably a graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or related programs.
- At least 5 years of experience as Human Resources Head.
- At least 5 years of experience in People Management.
- Experience with preparing balanced scorecard.
