Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Human Resources Intern. This internship position offers the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of HR functions within a dynamic and fast-paced organization.
As a Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks, recruitment and onboarding process, employee engagement activities, and maintaining employee records. You will have the chance to learn and contribute to important HR projects, while also developing your skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving.
The ideal candidate should be pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information are essential for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
