Job Description
As a Human Resources Intern for Louis Vuitton, you will assist the company with tasks set by the Human Resources Department, such as employee data management and reporting, recruitment assistance, calendar and schedule management, benefit enrollment processes, employee engagement assistance, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Post job ads and vacancies on the LVMH job boards site and assist in scheduling candidates.
- Maintain employee records across all databases.
