Job Description
Digicore seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to direct recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR systems. You will manage full-cycle hiring, interviews, background checks, and a welcoming onboarding process; provide employee guidance, mediate conflicts, and ensure legal compliance; and oversee performance reviews, training, payroll accuracy, and HRIS (Workday, Sprout, SAP).
- Qualifications: 5–10 years of HR management experience, bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, strong employment law knowledge, excellent communication, strict confidentiality, and HRIS proficiency. SHRM/HRCI certification preferred.
- Employment: Full-time, on-site. Salary Php60,00–85,00/month.
