Job Description
Goldstar Realty seeks a full-time, in-person HR Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits administration, DOLE/labor compliance, trainings and events, and occasional support to sister companies. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, or a related field, with approximately seven years of HR experience preferred, and fluency in English and Filipino. Strong communication, organizational, and MS Office skills are required; real estate experience is a plus. Compensation is Php50,00/month with benefits including additional leave, company events, health insurance, and merit-based raises. Applicants are asked to respond to: “Describe your interpersonal communication style.”
