Job Description
OutChain Solutions is seeking a qualified Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR operations in the logistics sector. The ideal candidate must be a graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources or Psychology and have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role.
Key responsibilities include managing HR functions, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
The position is based in Alabang, Muntinlupa, and requires a commitment to work on-site during regular business hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts. A fluent English speaker (oral and written) is essential.
