Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our organization. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.
Your main responsibilities will include developing HR strategies and initiatives to support the overall business goals, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, managing the recruitment process, and conducting employee performance evaluations.
You will also play a key role in fostering a positive work culture and promoting employee engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling employee grievances and disputes, updating HR policies and procedures, and supervising HR staff.
Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of progressive HR experience. Strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven track record in managing HR initiatives are essential for success in this role.
