Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Human Resources Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions and supporting the overall HR strategy of our organization.
As a Human Resources Officer, your main responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment and selection processes, including advertising job vacancies, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Employee relations, such as managing employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
- Compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing, tracking attendance, and managing employee leave.
- Training and development initiatives, such as organizing workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities for employees.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
