Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course
- With at least two (2) to three (3) years of working experience
- Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures, labor laws, and regulations
- Experience with recruitment and selection methods
- Experience in conducting employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address employee issues and provide guidance on complex HR matters
- Experience in leading and managing a Human Resource and an Administrative Team, providing guidance, support, and mentoring
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
Ability to Commute:
- Pasig City (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Pasig City: Relocate before starting work (Required)
