Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and skilled Human Resources Specialist who is fluent in Mandarin to join our dynamic team. As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing Mandarin-speaking candidates.
• Administer and manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Provide professional advice and guidance to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR programs, such as employee engagement, talent development, and performance management.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local employment regulations.

Requirements:

• Fluent Mandarin speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Specialist, preferably in a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of Mandarin employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
