We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, and HR policy implementation. Responsibilities include posting vacancies, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate personnel records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, possess at least two years of HR experience, and demonstrate strong communication, confidentiality, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
