Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Seidotech Solutions Corporation. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work well under pressure.
Key responsibilities include conducting interviews, administering HR policies, and implementing employee development programs. A degree in Human Resources or related field is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
