Job Description
Toyota Santa Rosa, Laguna, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be a college graduate with a degree in BS Psychology or Human Resource Management, preferably with 1 to 2 years of experience in Training and Employee Relations. Being a Registered Psychometrician is an added advantage.
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be willing to work from Monday to Saturday. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
