Job Description
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Regularly update employee records
- Process government loans
- Handle timekeeping for Makati branch and IGSC
- Validate monthly billings of IGSC and FAV
- Manage cash advances & cash liquidations
- Process acceptance letters, clearances, and final pay for resigned employees
- Address employee queries and requests
- Maintain asset protection and confidentiality
- Perform assigned tasks as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: From Php18,600.00 per month
