Job Description
Job Summary:
Join JOYSON SAFETY SYSTEMS (PHILIPPINES) CORPORATION as a Human Resources Staff. Assist in implementing training programs, conducting TNA & motivational surveys, and managing the timekeeping system. Provide weekly HR reports on overtime and absenteeism.
Qualifications:
- BS in Psychology or related Management courses
- Knowledge in HR/Administrative functions
- Assertive with strong interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
Experience: 1 year in Human Resources (Preferred)
