Job Description
Circular Paradigm Fashions Inc. is seeking a dedicated HR Supervisor (Employee Relations) to manage and maintain effective employer-employee relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create an employee relations strategy.
- Interpret policies regarding HR issues.
- Investigate and handle employee complaints.
- Conduct inquiries and handle employee suggestions and complaints.
Requirements:
- Preferably with experience in Employee Relations.
- Available to start ASAP.
- Willing to be assigned in San Vicente, San Pedro Laguna.
