Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Supervisor to join our team as a Team Lead. As the Human Resources Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Key responsibilities include developing HR strategies, implementing policies and procedures, leading a team of HR professionals, resolving employee issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in HR management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
