Job Description
As a Human Resources – Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring the successful acquisition of top talent for our organization.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our HR team to source, screen, and select qualified candidates for various positions within the company. Your responsibilities will include posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
You will also assist in arranging recruitment events, job fairs, and campus visits to attract potential candidates. Additionally, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide them with necessary recruitment support.
