Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Trainee to assist with day-to-day HR operations at Rural Bank of Angeles. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in HR functions and duties
- Providing clerical and administrative support
- Managing filing of records
- Supporting the recruitment process
- Maintaining accurate employee records
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management or Psychology
- Detail-oriented and handles confidential information securely
- Willing to work at Rural Bank of Angeles, Inc. – Head Office
Job Type: OJT (On-the-job training), Contract Length: 2 months, Schedule: Day shift
