Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Human Resources – Training Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Human Resources department in organizing and coordinating various training programs.
Your main responsibilities will include assisting in the development of training materials, scheduling training sessions, and tracking employee participation. Additionally, you will collaborate with other HR team members to ensure the smooth execution of training initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for helping others succeed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in training coordination are highly desirable.
