Job Description
The HVAC Operations Head is responsible for overseeing the operations of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems within our organization. They will lead a team of technicians and ensure the efficient functioning of HVAC systems in various facilities, including offices, commercial buildings, and manufacturing plants.
The main responsibilities include:
- Managing and supervising the HVAC team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Developing and implementing maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance and reliability of HVAC systems.
- Conducting regular inspections and troubleshooting issues to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
