Job Description

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with core SAP, especially in Receivable Management.
- Strong end-to-end deduction process knowledge.
- At least 1 year experience with High Radius Platform.
- 1 year in shared service or BPO industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
- Knowledge of Order to Cash Process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage unauthorized deductions effectively.
- Analyze deductions against reason codes.
- Review proof of deliveries.
- Communicate resolution via customer portal or email.
- Meet KPIs/SLAs timely.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: From Php30,00.00 per month
