Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls to assist customers with general inquiries, order taking, order status, billing, returns, and exchanges.
- Check and respond to customer email inquiries related to general inquiries and order-related issues.
- Cater to customer chat inquiries and provide support regarding various customer issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments for further assistance when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented and articulate in handling customer queries

Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month

- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
