Job Description
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in core SAP modules, including Receivable Management.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end deduction process.
- At least 1 year experience with High Radius Platform.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a shared service or BPO industry.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Knowledge of Order to Cash processes.
Responsibilities:
- Handle unauthorized deduction collections.
- Review and analyze deductions.
- Communicate with clients via customer portal/email.
- Meet set KPIs and SLAs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php30,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day and Evening shifts, Monday to Friday.
