Job Description
- Formulate strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives
- Spearhead planning and implementation of all CME activities such as RTDs, webinars, symposia, product presentations within the assigned territories
- Develop and maintain target specialists, speakers, and key/emerging opinion leaders (KOLs/EOLs)
- Develop and update Territory Master Work Plan (TMWP) as a source of relevant information and guidelines
- Monitor sales, product movements, and competitor activities
- Prepare and submit operational/admin reports
- College graduate of a 4 or 5-year course
- With at least 2 years of experience as PHR
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good interpersonal skills
- With valid Med Rep PRC and driver’s license
