Job Description
We are looking for an experienced I-9 Specialist to join our Healthcare Operations team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure compliance with I-9 verification requirements for all employees in the healthcare setting.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of immigration laws and regulations, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and government agencies.
Key tasks include conducting audits, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records. Prior experience in a healthcare environment and familiarity with E-Verify is preferred.
