Job Description
Assists in system installation, upgrades and retrofits, troubleshooting, and repairs of CCTV’s.
Technical Skills:
- with or without CCTV Experience
- Good Communication Skills
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Fully support, configure, maintain, and upgrade networks and servers
- Install and integrate new server hardware and applications
- Ensure network security and connectivity
- Monitor network performance
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
- Resolve network problems
- Define network policies and procedures
- Assess, design, and make appropriate recommendations on network solutions
- Provide technical support to all business units
- Responsible for supervising and handling staff under Infrastructure and Operations Support Division
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
