Job Description
We are hiring an I2C Collections Analyst responsible for managing inbound-to-cash collections, monitoring aged receivables, contacting customers, resolving disputes, posting payments, coordinating with credit and billing teams, and maintaining accurate records in the ERP. Ideal candidate has 2+ years in collections or AR, strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and familiarity with collection best practices and compliance. You will report collection metrics, support process improvements, and help optimize cash flow.
