Job Description
MR MGT PRO CONSULTANCY INC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ice Plant Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a graduate of any Business course with at least 1 year of related experience. Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the ice plant.
- Ensure quality control and efficiency.
- Lead and train staff effectively.
This is a full-time contract position with a salary starting at Php17,00. Benefits include paid training and a 13th-month salary. Preference for candidates in San Pedro Laguna or nearby areas.
