Job Description
Job Summary: The ICT Helpdesk will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users within the organization. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network problems, monitors and manage ICT documents/assets and ensuring the smooth operation of our ICT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and provide timely resolutions to end-users.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other ICT equipment.
- Assist with the setup and support of employee workstations, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on ICT systems and applications.
- Document and track all support requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with other ICT team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Assist in the development and implementation of ICT policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users on various ICT tools and systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as an ICT Helpdesk Technician or in a similar technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and support.
- Familiarity with various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with remote support tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
