A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
- Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and correct them as directed by knowledge-based tools and supervisors.
- Monitor user and system adherence to security standards.
- Evaluate and test equipment, network/software, and system tool products and submit recommendations.
- Document, track, and monitor problems for timely resolution.
- Provide physical support to system users and prepare machines for WFH users.
