Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an ICU Clerk. This position requires previous experience working in a hospital setting, specifically in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
As an ICU Clerk, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining patient records and charts in the ICU
- Assisting the nursing staff with various administrative tasks
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow in and out of the ICU
- Scheduling appointments and procedures for ICU patients
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families
