Job Description
WTW is seeking a qualified Identity and Access Management Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to access-related incidents, utilizing IAM tools such as Azure AD and Microsoft Entra ID. Your primary duties will include conducting user role audits, overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes, and collaborating with security teams on role assignments to ensure compliance and security protocols are met.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in identity management, hands-on experience with IAM tools, and exceptional troubleshooting capabilities. A certification as an Azure Security Engineer Associate is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different time zones are crucial for success in this position.
