Job Description
The Production Planner is responsible for developing production schedules and optimizing the usage of production materials, while adhering to company budget and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Engineering Course
- Experience in IE/Production Planning is an ADVANTAGE
- Excellent knowledge in Production Planning and Quality Control
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products.
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimal delay.
- Determine the required manpower, equipment, and raw materials for production demand.
- Assign workers and staff to specific production operations.
- Schedule shifts according to production needs.
- Monitor jobs to ensure timely completion within budget.
- Address issues proactively for minimum disruption.
- Obtain output information such as the number of finished products and defect percentages.
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Engineering Course
- Experience in IE/Production Planning is a must.
- Excellent knowledge in production planning and quality control.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
