Job Description
As an IKEA Food Administration Specialist, your role will be crucial to ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the food department. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks that support the day-to-day running of the department.
Your main responsibilities will include maintaining accurate inventory records, entering and updating data in the system, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries. You will also work closely with the food team to assist with menu planning, cost control, and implementing quality standards.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the food industry, would be an advantage.
