Job Description
An Immigration Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing immigration processes within an organization. They assist employees with immigration-related matters to ensure compliance with local regulations and laws.
Key responsibilities:
- Acting as a point of contact for employees regarding immigration inquiries and providing guidance on visa applications and processes.
- Collaborating with legal teams and external agencies to facilitate the submission of accurate and timely immigration documents.
- Monitoring changes in immigration policies and regulations, ensuring that the company remains compliant at all times.
- Creating and maintaining records of employee immigration status and documentation.
- Coordinating with HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding and relocation processes for international employees.
