Job Description
Job Summary:
- Responsible for import and export operation.
- Monitors daily import/export shipments/delivery requirements.
- Prepares invoice, Automatic Export Declaration System (AEDS), and other necessary export documents.
- Reviews and verifies the completeness and accuracy of shipping documents for import shipments.
- Inputs import and export transactions in ERP.
- Coordinates with brokers and monitors air and sea import/export shipments.
- Prepares and processes EZTD, 8106, 8105, 8110, and other PEZA forms for local deliveries.
- Prepares requirements for LOA & Surety bond application and renewal, and monitors liquidation.
- Checks and summarizes logistics billing, invoices, and ensures timely payments.
- Processes renewal of Client Profile Registration System (CPRS) in BOC.
- Performs other duties assigned by superiors.
